Monastery Rewards Program Terms and Conditions


Monastery (hereinafter referred to as “the Brand”) has developed a customer loyalty program through which customers can accumulate and redeem points when purchasing through official sales channels. By participating in the program, the customer agrees to the following terms:


1. Program Purpose

The Monastery Rewards Program is designed to encourage repeat purchases, reward customer loyalty, and offer exclusive benefits to those who shop Monastery products through our official website and authorized WhatsApp channel.


2. Eligibility

  •  The program is available to all customers who create an account at www.monasterycouture.com.
  • Participation is voluntary and free of charge.
  • No additional enrollment is required; points are automatically assigned after a completed and eligible purchase.

3. Earning Points

  • Customers earn 1 point for every $10 USD spent on eligible purchases (excluding shipping fees, discounts, taxes, or non-qualifying items).
  • Points are calculated based on the final amount paid.
  • Points are awarded only once payment is successfully confirmed.

4. Redeeming Points

  • Each point is equivalent to $2 USD in discount value.
  • Points can be redeemed for eligible rewards or product discounts. Each reward may have specific terms and conditions that will be visible through the program dashboard or on the product page.
  • Customers may redeem up to 50% of the total product value in points per transaction.
  • Redemption is only available on full-priced items and through official channels (website and authorized WhatsApp).
  • Minimum purchase requirements may apply and can vary based on current promotions or seasonal campaigns.
  • Points cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or applied in outlet or clearance sales.
  • To redeem points, the customer must be registered in the system with their full name, email address, and valid phone number.

5. Point Expiration

  • Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are awarded.
  • Expired points cannot be reactivated or transferred.

6. Non-Transferability

  • Points are personal and non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash.
  • Points cannot be shared between customer accounts but may accumulate with repeated purchases by the same account holder.

7. Returns and Cancellations

  • If a full or partial return is requested, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted accordingly.
  • If points were redeemed for a returned item, they may be reinstated to the customer’s account if the return complies with the return policy.

8. Modifications

  • Monastery reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time.
  • In such cases, notice will be provided at least 10 calendar days in advance via official channels.

9. Data Privacy

  • By participating in the program, the customer agrees to the collection and processing of their personal information in accordance with Monastery’s Privacy Policy and applicable U.S. data privacy laws, including but not limited to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
  • All data will be handled with confidentiality and only for the purposes outlined in the policy.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
  • In the event of any disputes, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
