STORE CREDIT POLICIES
Terms of Use – Store Credit
PEMC Business Group S.A.S., identified by Tax ID 901.259.856-9, hereinafter “the Company”, owner of the Monasterio brand (hereinafter “the Brand”), has developed the Store Credit system to offer its customers an agile, secure, and practical way to manage their credit balances, primarily resulting from returns, exchanges, or commercial agreements. This system allows the balance to be available in the customer's account for use in subsequent purchases, both in the online store and in official physical stores.
By using Store Credit, the customer accepts these terms and conditions of use:
1. Credit Assignment
It is not necessary to register or manually create an account. Your account is automatically created upon making your first purchase and is recorded in our customer history.
Credit is granted in cases such as returns, exchanges, or prior commercial agreements, and is credited directly to your customer account.
Credit is personal and non-transferable. It cannot be assigned, transferred, or used by another person.
2. Using Credit Online
To use your credit on our website, you must log in with your registered email address.
You don't need to remember a password: you will receive a temporary access code in your email to log in.
At checkout, select the "Use Credit in Store" option as your payment method.
If the available credit covers the total purchase amount, you will not need to pay anything additional.
If the credit is less than the total purchase amount, you will need to complete the payment using another available method.
If the purchase amount is less than the available balance, the remaining balance will be left in your account for future purchases.
3. Using Credit in a Physical Store
Inform the sales associate that you wish to use your credit in the store.
The advisor will add your customer profile to the cart in our system, and the "Apply Store Credit" option will be enabled.
Apply the amount you wish to use and, if necessary, complete the payment with another method.
4. Validity
Some credits may have an expiration date, which will be communicated at the time of issuance.
After the expiration date, the credit is automatically lost and cannot be reactivated.
5. Restrictions
Credit is not redeemable for cash.
It cannot be used to purchase gift cards or for payments outside of our official channels.
No additional discounts apply to credit.
